1. Shipping

1.1 Dispatch time

All in‑stock orders ship within 1 – 3 business days of payment confirmation.

1.2 Carriers

• Domestic: Australia Post Carbon‑Neutral or Sendle.
• International: DHL Express or Australia Post International.

1.3 Delivery time‑frames

1.4 Tracking

Tracking details are emailed automatically once your parcel leaves our South Melbourne studio.

1.5 Duties & Taxes

International orders may attract customs duties or VAT/GST in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

If you are not 100 % satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

2.2 How to initiate a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
2. We will issue a prepaid return label for Australian orders or provide the return address for international orders.
3. Securely re‑pack items with original tags and ship them back within 7 days of approval.

2.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is non‑refundable except where required by law.

2.4 Exchanges

You may request a like‑for‑like exchange subject to stock. Exchange parcels ship free within Australia.

2.5 Non‑returnable items

• Custom or monogrammed pieces
• Final‑Sale items (clearly marked)
• Gift cards

3. Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us with photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, including any shipping charges.

4. International Returns

Please mark returned parcels "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. Any duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
